Associate Digital Manager

• Support Digital Innovation AD on operating key digital projects in Cardiovascular (CV) TA to drive Entresto deep dive at emerging hospitals
• Drive a close cooperation with BU field teams to ensure successful implementation of digital projects in assigned areas, achieving project KPIs and reporting execution insights quarterly
• Vendor communication and management, translating project goals into efficient Remote Reps vendor execution that serves business growth and exploration.

• Bachelor or above, undergraduates from 211 universities majoring medical/biotech/pharmacy, etc.
• 3+ years’ experience in pharmacy, with at least 1+ working experience as an MR in CV TA
• Strong business growth mindset, solid knowledge and insights of the CV hospital markets and HCP needs
• Strong communication and influence skills to drive collaboration with field teams
• Proactive reporting mindset and with clear result-driven reporting skills
• Self-motivated, enough patience and energy in complexity and uncertainty environment
• Experience of pharmacy digital projects is a plus.
