The Associate Engineer, Deployment at T-Mobile is responsible for executing and optimizing network infrastructure deployments across hardware, software, and integrated systems. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Related Field
  • Less than 2 years Participating in network infrastructure deployments including hardware and software installation
  • Less than 2 years Utilizing automation tools and standardized workflows to optimize deployment processes
  • Less than 2 years Collaborating with engineering, operations, and vendors to troubleshoot deployment issues and monitor progress
  • Wireless Technologies Understanding of wireless network infrastructure, including 5G, transport modernization, and cloud deployments
  • Process Improvement Ability to optimize deployment workflows and utilize automation tools for enhanced efficiency and consistency
