Job Description:

Associate Dentist, Mixed Practice with Exceptional Private Potential, Family Dental Care Centre, Ballymoney. Excellent Opportunity/Flexible Hours/Immediate Start (or wait for the right candidate). We are excited to offer an opportunity for an Associate Dentist to join our well-established Family Dental Care Centre in Ballymoney. This is a mixed practice with significant and growing private potential, ideal for a dentist looking to develop and expand private work within a supportive environment. We also welcome interest from dentists who may prefer to start as a locum. A trial period of 6-12 weeks can be arranged, with a structured review to support transition into a permanent Associate position if desired.

Job Responsibility:

Build and grow a private patient base
Provide high-quality dentistry and patient care
Develop clinical interests

Requirements:

GDC-registered dentist (or in the process)
Confident in general dentistry
Interest in private dentistry (experience beneficial but not essential)
Strong communication skills and patient focus
A reliable and positive team player
