The primary role of Post Market Quality team is to be responsible for all post-market quality activities. Key deliverables include systems and processes, complaint management systems and associated reporting. Development of software service tools, manuals, service portals, and parts and components for post market service activities. Engineering investigations for field product failures. Works closely with R&D on any suggested design changes and reports defects and tracks until resolution. As a Quality Analytics member within the Post Market Quality Team, your primary objective is to improve product quality and business efficiency by transforming complex data into actionable insights. You will leverage your analytical skills to identify trends, support decision-making, and drive continuous improvement across quality and regulatory functions.
Job Responsibility:
Identification and access to relevant quality and operations data sources
performing analysis of potentially complex datasets to drive business insights
creation of tools and methodologies which support broader adoption of data driven decision making across the Quality & Regulatory group
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders using clear, concise communication and effective data visualization techniques
Performs work in a specialized area of expertise that requires knowledge of fundamental themes, principles and concepts
Builds stable working relationships internally to exchange information
Participate in and manage projects, contributing your expertise to drive results and support strategic initiatives
Receives instruction, guidance and direction from others.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field
Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
familiar with data analytics platforms and reporting tools.
Nice to have:
Minimum of 2 years of related experience in data analysis, preferably within a quality, regulatory, or operations environment
Follows standard practices and procedures and applies basic theories, concepts, principles and methodologies in analyzing situations or data.
