The Associate Customer Business Manager is directly responsible for delivering growth for Unilever within our Club Business.
Job Responsibility:
Reporting, trend analysis, and delivering key insights to all business partners
Manage the business relationship with Club team and Key stakeholders
Act as the primary liaison on all business issues both internal and external
Work closely cross functional teams
Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Category Management, Supply Chain, Insights, etc.
Coordinate Annual Planning efforts, including executing Joint Business Plans
Drive trade investment effectiveness and efficiency
Develop marketing and merchandising programs
Champion and drive strategic selling initiatives for Unilever with Costco
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree required
3+ years experience in CPG or Retail Industry
Deep analytical expertise, especially working with syndicated data (i.e., Circana, Nielsen, Numerator)
Strong negotiation skills
Skilled written and verbal communicator
Ability to manage ambiguity and complex situations
Ability to build strong relationships
Willing and able to travel ~25% of the time
