  • Master's degree (US or Foreign Equivalent) in Corporate Finance, Financial Engineering, or Quantitative Finance
  • 5 years of experience in Finance
  • 3 years of experience with: Hands-on experience in leveraged finance and private debt
  • Risk and Credit Monitoring - Expertise in credit event monitoring, annual/quarterly reviews and KYC compliance
  • Credit and Financial Modeling - Advanced skills in building and stress testing financial models, cash flow projections and loan valuation analyses
  • Portfolio Management and Reporting - Skilled in monitoring borrower performance, preparing detailed loan reports and presenting to committees
  • Process Automation (VBA) - Developed Automated Tools to Streamline credit analysis, reporting and team productivity
  • Cross Border Expertise across European Markets
  • FINRA registration: SIE, Series 63 & 79 (pass exams within 3 months of hire)
