We are seeking an Associate Creative Director (Concept & Copy), Campaigns to lead development from concept-to-execution for large-scale brand, marketing, and seasonal initiatives. This role requires translating big ideas across the full ecosystem—including paid media, social, digital, email, site, print, and in-store. You are a strategic thinker, a strong conceptual storyteller, and a confident, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment. Partnering closely with an ACD (Design/Art Direction) and working alongside the Creative Director, you will connect overarching marketing strategy with best-in-class execution, particularly for high-visibility grocery, everyday needs, and service-focused initiatives (like delivery and membership). Job Responsibility:
Concept, create, and execute fully integrated 360 campaigns across all owned and paid channels
Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, integrated strategy, and external agency teams to ensure cohesion across every touchpoint
Build trust and strong partnerships within a large, matrixed organization
Develop high-impact creative leadership and marketing pitch decks to align stakeholders and set teams up for success
Mentor and guide mid- and junior-level creatives, supporting their craft and growth
Demonstrate self-direction, strong critical thinking, and the ability to streamline processes to help the team work smarter and faster
Keep projects on-brief, on-brand, and moving forward by anticipating challenges and managing feedback effectively
Stay current on culture, consumer behavior, industry trends, and emerging technologies to inform creative decisions and maintain a competitive creative edge
Uphold a high bar for creative excellence from concept through final execution
Attend and oversee production shoots as needed
Write copy for campaigns, assets, and cross-channel storytelling when required
Lead teams and manage high-priority projects from kickoff through delivery, ensuring alignment with strategy, timelines, and quality standards
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in creative writing, advertising, communications, or related field
Exceptional portfolio featuring big campaign ideas across full funnel TV/Video, social, digital, experiential & print-conceptual and innovative thinking
Proficiency in industry-standard creative tools and software including the Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Google Slides, Slack and Figma
Clearly articulates vision and provides contextual feedback
Organized with diligent follow-through on every task
Excellent written, communication and presentation skills
10+ years of professional agency-side copywriting experience, including 2+ years in a leadership or management role
A standout portfolio showcasing big campaign thinking across full-funnel channels-TV/video, social, digital, experiential, and print
Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to inspire teams and guide both internal and external partners
