We’re hiring an Associate Creative Director to help lead the creative vision behind brands people actually care about. This isn’t a role for someone who wants to sit at the top of the org chart and approve work from afar. It’s for someone who still loves the craft. Someone who can zoom out to see the bigger picture and zoom in to make the details better. At Habitat, creative leadership is collaborative. You’ll partner with strategists, designers, writers, social creatives, photographers, videographers, and account teams to build work that doesn’t just look good—it works. You’ll help shape ideas from the first conversation through final execution while mentoring the creatives around you along the way. If you’re the type of person who genuinely enjoys presenting creative work, you’ll feel right at home here. You’ll present ideas, sell a vision, and help clients connect the dots between strategy and execution. You’ll lead creative presentations that build confidence in the work, create alignment around the direction, and bring great ideas to life. Because great work deserves great storytelling, you’ll play a key role in communicating the thinking behind the creative and guiding clients through the process from concept to execution. You won’t just present the work—you’ll advocate for it. You’ll help elevate the overall quality of our work, strengthen our creative processes, and build confidence with clients by bringing clear thinking and strong creative perspective to every project. You’ll report to the VP of Brand and play a key role in developing both our work and our people.
