The Associate Creative Director (Copywriter) approaches every brief with fresh eyes — while also shaping the systems behind the work. This role combines creative excellence with narrative architecture, ensuring that ideas are not only distinctive, but scalable, coherent and rooted in product truth. As ACD, you are a versatile leader — moving seamlessly between strategic thinking, system design and hands-on execution. You will help define how storytelling works across campaigns, product showcases, platforms and AI-enabled workflows, within a culture that encourages ownership and ambition.
Job Responsibility:
Define and evolve product and brand storytelling frameworks, ensuring consistency across touchpoints
Create distinctive ideas, communications as well as product and brand platforms that are grounded in clear, compelling narratives
Translate complex product or service propositions into emotional, engaging and scalable narratives
Build and maintain modular messaging systems, RTBs and narrative structures that enable reuse and scale
Develop and refine concise UX writing for in-product experiences to engaging longer-form content for .coms and digital platforms
Collaborate closely with strategy, creative teams, design, experience and technology teams to deliver integrated work
Lead and mentor creatives, fostering craft excellence and precision in language
Guide cross-disciplinary teams to deliver work that meets the highest creative standards
Build strong client relationships and confidently present ideas and narrative systems
Explore how emerging technologies and AI workflows can enhance storytelling and content creation
Requirements:
Compelling portfolio demonstrating excellence in copywriting, concepting and narrative development
A keen interest and enthusiasm for deep-diving into complex products and their intricate details
Strong ability to turn complexity into clear, engaging and elevated storytelling
Structured thinker with the ability to build frameworks and systems, not just campaigns
Excellent writing and communication skills (German and English advantageous)
Proven leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and developing talent
Hands-on approach across all stages — from concept to execution
Strong presentation skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders
Able to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail
Curious, collaborative and comfortable working across disciplines and technologies
