Exciting opportunity to join our leading fintech client who is looking to add a talented ACD Art Director to its in house agency team who is growing! The Global Advertising and Brand Management (GABM) organization has a mission to create marketplace demand and drive commerce for our leading fintech client through differentiated and innovative Ideas, products, partnerships, marketing, and customer experiences. Job Responsibility

  • Execute work to the highest of standards and craft
  • Concept and develop visual solutions for social/digital, driving consistency with video assets
  • Lead a team of junior to mid-level creatives in executing a campaign
  • Develop visual solutions that are strategically sound and consistent with the brand, guidelines, and visual tone

Requirements

  • 7-9 years of art direction experience within a creative agency or in-house setting
  • Experience developing high-quality visual work across a variety of digital mediums that aligns with brand guidelines and visual tone
  • Strong understanding of marketing insights and strategies to translate into compelling advertising campaigns
  • Proficient in communicating clearly and confidently
  • Experience guiding and leading more junior creatives through a full campaign
  • Ability to navigate complex processes or feedback from multiple stakeholders
  • Be passionate about social media platforms, trends, technology and best practices
  • Have excellent organizational skills
  • A “maker” mentality, be curious and not afraid to try new methods
