Job Description

We are seeking a talented lawyer to join our APAC Product & Commercial legal team to help create the best product experience for our users. The role will be based in the Hong Kong or Taiwan office, and will report to the Director, Product & Commercial, APAC.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead legal reviews for new Mobility and Delivery products across APAC, providing fast commercial counsel to navigate risk
  • Project manage complex regional product roll-outs, representing APAC legal interests on UX and product strategy
  • Drive AI implementation and workflow automation to streamline legal processes in partnership with global teams
  • Draft and negotiate multi-region commercial contracts and lead their in-app product implementation
  • Act as a decisive liaison between cross-functional departments and markets to present actionable business solutions

Requirements

  • At least 3-5+ years of relevant post-qualification legal experience at a top firm or in-house, preferably in a tech context
  • Law degree from a top school, preferably common law
  • Strong track record in product counseling, AI implementation, and project management
  • Experience working across multiple APAC jurisdictions with international stakeholders
  • Familiarity working with LLM-based tools, workflow management tools and contract management systems
