Job Description:

The Role: Madison Berkeley are delighted to be partnering with one of London’s leading Cost Consultancies. Our client are working on some of the most high-profile and diverse property portfolios across the capital, delivering exceptional projects for a variety of blue-chip clients. We are looking for Quantity Surveyors at all levels, from Project QS through to Senior, to join their growing London team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a collaborative consultancy that has built its reputation on technical excellence, long-standing client relationships, and a genuine commitment to developing its people. You’ll be involved in landmark projects across sectors including commercial, residential, and major refurbishment, often for repeat clients who value quality and attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
  • MRICS qualification (or working towards)
  • Strong technical grounding and excellent communication skills
  • Skilled in providing Pre and Post Contract services
  • Experience across one or more of: commercial, residential, or mixed-use projects
