About our Client Our client is an international law firm with an extensive global network, serving a wide range of international clients. They are looking for experienced associates to join their corporate practice which specialises in both domestic and cross border M&A and venture funds. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well respected and collaborative international corporate practice.

Job Responsibility:

  • Work on a variety of domestic and cross border deals with a focus on venture funds
  • Support clients from seed rounds up to IPO
  • Run M&A deals
  • Manage other general corporate matters

Requirements:

  • Admitted to the Singapore Bar
  • At least 4 years PQE
  • Prior experience working on M&A and corporate matters
  • Exposure to cross border elements
  • Ideally venture funds experience
  • Proactive, confident, excellent client-facing skills
  • High quality drafting capabilities

  • Input into legal documents and forecast models
  • Be responsible for coaching and developing junior members of staff
  • Contribute to the development of certain key transaction relationships, e.g. key private equity accounts
