Joining the Customer Success team to partner with customers to bring their best ideas to life, delivering mission-critical business impact fast. You'll help build applications to solve a client's business need, from kick-off meetings to planning and executing the technical process. Work on one project at a time in a development team, using the Appian platform and Appian SAIL for development.
Job Responsibility:
Leverage experience in a range of critical process improvement disciplines, including business process management, knowledge management, personalisation, business intelligence, and application integration
Utilise varied skill set and experience to construct, implement, and deploy process-centric business process management solutions based on Appian software
Analyse a client’s business strategy, their business processes, and develop technical solutions to support their business strategy
Design prototypes, model business processes, and analyze requirements
Implement quality assurance plans, load testing and roll-out plans
Help build applications to solve a clients business need
Meet and collaborate with other Appian consultants to define the work needed to build out the application
Requirements:
An understanding of at least one coding language and examples of times you have applied that learning
Superior academic success
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Solid foundation of, or love for, technology
Preferred experience with relational databases (Oracle, SQL server, etc.) and cloud technologies
Fluent German and English language skills
B.S. or M.S. in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Math, Physics, or equivalent background
