Requirements

At least 2-4 years of top tier consulting or equivalent experience
Strong business development and partnership management skills
Self-starter mentality with an ability to work in a demanding, dynamic start-up environment

Job Responsibility

Expertly manage commercial strategy with large partners ensuring value creation for both parties, and a sustainable strategic partnership between Fever and event organisers
Create and cultivate deep business relationships with the biggest producers, creators, venues and key stakeholders in the entertainment industry
Evidence strong organizational skills to effectively balance and grow a large base of clients
Collaborate closely with cross functional stakeholders to successfully deliver on partner growth across Mexico and internationally
Keep up to date with everything cool that’s happening in the entertainment

Job Responsibility

Drive sales, expand market share and increase product branding and awareness for the Company’s best-in-class products and business in assigned markets within Central Asia, mainly in Singapore
Participate in clinical cases, cadaver workshops and conferences
Perform equipment in-service maintenance and monitoring
Deliver product trainings to internal and external stakeholders e.g. sales team, physicians, clinical users, distributors, etc. to ascertain a solid understanding of AVANOS products, relevant technologies and application
Support operating procedures in the hospitals
Work closely with the Business Development Manager, Central Asia, ASEAN Sales Team, APAC Marketing Team to ensure the alignment of global, regional and local strategies, with the aim to elevate the company’s brand and improve product adoption efficacy through driving demand, sales and market expansion in the assigned markets
