Job Description:

We are looking for 3-4 graduating students to join our development team following the completion of the Spring 2026 semester. Upon hiring, we put our apprentice developers through a rigorous training program over six weeks. This includes: • Fundamentals of full-stack software development • Theory and implementation of best practices • Participation in internal and simulated client projects • External courses in key platforms and the latest technologies • On-site mentorships, learning client relationship skills. We provide a supportive, team-oriented environment with other experienced developers on staff who can guide and coach you to gain experience.

Job Responsibility:

Work on an internal application development project for Solutia’s use and other application development projects for our clients
Work with C#/.NET Core applications, the latest JavaScript UI frameworks including Angular, React and Vue, Mobile Applications, Cloud Applications, and the Microsoft Power Platform

Requirements:

Exposure to C#.NET and ASP.NET MVC and/or Java frameworks
CSS
Cloud services/integration
JavaScript
One or more JavaScript UI frameworks (Angular, Vue, React)
HTML5
Python
Great communication
Great customer service and expectations management
Great problem solving
Understanding of Agile Development Practices
Self-Starter who can work independently
Quick study and interest in learning additional technologies

Nice to have:

Exposure to SQL experience would be a plus
Mobile or Responsive Web Design skills would be a plus
