Job Description: 1. Be responsible for calculating and submitting commission for global sales/technical employees, and ensure they get paid correctly and on time. 2. Draft and execute compensation plans, and ensure compensated employees sign on time. 3. Be responsible for dealing with all commission related issues; 4. Check and correct calculation rules in the systems at regular basis, ensure the logic is fully accurate and aligned with the current calculation policies; 5. Be responsible for maintaining internal compensation data; 6. Assist with various special ad hoc projects if required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above required
  • Major in HR Management, accounting or English is a plus
  • Working experience in HR field or sales operation is preferred
  • Frequent in both oral and written English
  • TOEIC 650-850 or above required
  • Precise and detail-focused
  • High degree of professionalism, confidentiality and responsibility
  • Strong interpersonal communication skill and teamwork
  • Strong sense of logic, and be good at data estimation and analysis
  • Proficient in MS Office, particular in Excel, Outlook
  • Chinese listening/speaking skills preferred
