Job Description:

This is a unique opportunity to join one of Greater Boston’s leading independent commercial real estate firms and learn the business from the ground up. You’ll partner directly with senior brokers on business development and transaction support—building the skills, relationships, and pipeline to transition from a base salary to uncapped commission on a high-producing team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Conduct targeted outbound outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn) to owners, occupiers, and investors
  • qualify opportunities and book meetings
  • maintain and enrich the contact database
  • track companies, leases, and market activity across office, industrial, flex, and lab
  • coordinate with marketing on digital and print campaigns
  • help build prospect lists and track results
  • assist on tours, proposals, LOIs, and basic financials (rent comps, simple underwriting, summaries)
  • attend industry events to expand relationships and represent the firm professionally
  • keep activity and pipeline updated
  • share weekly progress with the team

Requirements:

  • Proactive, entrepreneurial, coachable, and resilient mindset
  • comfortable with outbound calling
  • clear writer and confident caller
  • strong follow-through and organization
  • familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and CRM workflows
  • 0–3+ years in sales, brokerage, or business development
  • Massachusetts Real Estate Salesperson license (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
  • ability to travel within Greater Boston for meetings, tours, and events
