Job Responsibility:

  • Acting on behalf of occupiers across commercial property acquisitions and relocation mandates
  • Managing transactions from initial instruction through to completion
  • Undertaking market searches and advising clients on suitable property options
  • Negotiating lease terms and drafting Heads of Terms
  • Leading viewings, client meetings and pitch presentations
  • Managing legal progression of transactions through to completion
  • Developing and maintaining strong occupier relationships
  • Generating new business opportunities and building a personal instruction base
  • Providing strategic advice to occupiers on relocation, lease events and portfolio optimisation
  • Analysing market data, rental evidence and availability to support client decision making
  • Preparing client reports, acquisition strategies and presentation materials

Requirements:

  • Proven transactional agency experience essential
  • Drive and ability to win work
  • Strong client and agency network/book
  • Commercially minded and transaction driven
  • Comfortable operating within a structured team environment
  • Able to work autonomously while collaborating closely with colleagues
  • Based in or willing to be based within the region covered
  • Full driving licence required
