As an Associate Cloud Solution Architect, you will work alongside senior architects to design, deploy, and maintain secure, scalable cloud infrastructure. This role is a hybrid of technical execution and client-facing consultation, making it ideal for someone transition from infrastructure engineering into architecture.
Job Responsibility
Architecture Support: Assist in designing and building scalable, cost-effective public and hybrid cloud solutions
Cloud Migration: Support enterprise-level migration projects, moving legacy workloads to AWS or Azure
Automation (IaC): Write basic Infrastructure as Code (IaC) templates (Terraform/Bicep) and support CI/CD pipelines
Documentation & PoCs: Create clear architecture diagrams and build Proof of Concept (PoC) environments for client evaluations
Collaboration: Coordinate with internal security, operations, and development teams to meet governance standards
Requirements
Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on experience architecting or co-architecting cloud solutions and applying design principles (HA, cost, security) rather than just executing engineering tickets
Certifications: Holds an architecture-focused certification such as AWS Solutions Architect – Associate, Azure AZ-305, or GCP Professional Cloud Architect
Technical Skills: Strong grasp of cloud ecosystems, secure network topology (VPC/VNet, IAM, firewalls), and professional architectural diagramming tools
Consulting: Proven ability to interface with clients, gather business requirements, and translate them directly into clear, well-documented technical blueprints
