Associate - Claims - Personal Injury

• Handle cases on behalf of NHS Trusts and insurer clients
• Manage own caseload of EL and PL pre-litigation and litigated claims of mainly Fast Track and low value Multi track cases
• Assist on higher value and more complex claims

• Proven experience in a legal based environment handling casualty claims, both pre and post litigation
• Self-motivated and ambitious
• Ability to assess legal liability, causation and damages and the need for investigation
• Experience in dealing with Human Rights and data breach cases (beneficial)
• Ability to effectively use a case management system
• Ability to manage a caseload and meet financial targets
