Job Responsibility

Provide Civil Engineering technical support and input to the pursuit of new business opportunities in Victoria, particularly on power grid and renewable power generation projects and civil temporary works for infrastructure projects
Gain an understanding of the business and strategic direction of ADG, and develop, grow and maintain strong customer relationships
Identify, communicate and pursue new opportunities for the Civil Engineering division in Victoria, and build your business development skills
Carrying out and managing detailed designs for a variety of projects, whilst maintaining a focus on power grid and renewables and civil temporary works, and all aspects of projects ensuring that designs are innovative
Managing and resolving project issues, and consider construction costings and practices in the design process
Lead, mentor and develop a team of engineers and designers within the civil discipline
Provide technical guidance, feedback and support to the team members, and conduct performance reviews, training needs analysis and career development plans for them
