Join C2 Education as an Associate Center Director in Bethesda, MD, where you will oversee center operations, manage a team of instructors, and drive student enrollment to ensure a high-quality learning environment. We assist with multiple educational needs such as College Test Prep, AP Exam, College Essay, and College Admissions. In addition, we offer tutoring for K-12 and AP/Summer Boot Camps.
Job Responsibility:
Manage and oversee all aspects of center operations, including scheduling, student progress tracking, and maintaining a positive learning environment
Lead and develop a team of instructors, providing ongoing training, feedback, and support
Drive student enrollment growth through effective marketing and outreach initiatives, including community events and partnerships
Conduct student assessments and consultations, developing personalized learning plans to meet individual needs and goals
Communicate regularly with parents, provide updates on student progress and address any concerns
Manage center finances, including budgeting, expense tracking, and revenue generation
Ensure compliance with all C2 Education policies and procedures
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
Collaborate with other C2 Education centers and support staff to share best practices and achieve company-wide goals
Stay current on educational trends and best practices to ensure the center provides high-quality instruction and support
Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher
Experience in managing a team
Budget management
CPR and First Aid certification preferred
Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship

Proven track record of successfully managing and leading a team
Experience in budget management and financial reporting
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to create a positive and nurturing learning environment
Ability to work effectively with parents and families
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
