The Associate Center Director is responsible for successful execution of sound business and leadership practices to support the success of the center. The Associate Center Director reports to the Center Director who serves as the primary business owner. The Associate Center Director leads, coordinates, and monitors staff and daily operations to meet the mission of the InnovAge PACE or LIFE programs in partnership with the Center Medical Director and Nursing Services Director.
Job Responsibility:
Effectively supervises and manages direct reports

Regularly schedules leadership/management, department, and staff 1:1 meetings to provide development and communication forums
Works in a matrix environment with dotted-line accountability to sales, transportation, homecare, and network management teams to achieve local targets
Oversees day-to-day operations of the Adult Day Healthcare Center (ADHC), including dietary services, ensuring facility readiness, cleanliness, safety checks, and timely completion of repairs and inspections
Works with Center staff and shared partners to develop and implement practices and initiatives that promote good customer service and participant satisfaction
Manages IDT process and Care Plan Coordination Process, including oversight of the Care Plan Coordinators
Implements standardized workflows and drives continuous process improvement , compliance and efficiencies
Coordinates with Safety and Security and facilities to ensure safety and operational continuity and adequate supplies, equipment, services
Ensures staff are informed, understand expectations, undergo applicable an training and adhere to standards
Partners with IT to implement tools and technology that support operational outcomes
Responsible for achieving KPI results, as applicable, across five pillars: People:Employee engagement score

Quality: Compliance and quality targets
Growth: Census targets
Financial: Supports development of annual FTE and operations budget

Requirements:
7+ years healthcare experience
5+ years management experience
1+ year working with frail or elderly populations
Bachelor’s degree in related field
Current CPR and First Aide certification or the ability to obtain CPR and First Aide certification
