Job Description:

A real estate and construction consultancy are is seeking a Associate CDM Principal Designer who can win work through strong business development skills, whilst also leading project delivery and acting as the sole CDM Principal Designer across a range of residential, commercial, retail, education and healthcare projects.

Job Responsibility:

Mitigating risk at early design stages
Leading on all CDM-related risks
Ensuring effective and smooth handover to the Principal Contractor through clear communication

Requirements:

At least 4 years experience in a CDM Principal Designer capacity
Proven track record in business development or able to bring an existing client base or pipeline of work
Full membership with APS and/or IOSH (Tech IOSH or IMaPS)
