Job Description:

A highly regarded multi-disciplinary consultancy based in Central London is seeking an experienced Associate CDM Consultant to join their established team. This is a superb opportunity to step into a senior-level position, working on diverse public and private sector projects while furthering your leadership responsibilities. This consultancy places a strong emphasis on tailored professional development, clear progression routes, and maintaining a collaborative team environment.

Job Responsibility:

Lead the delivery of Principal Designer duties under CDM 2015
Liaise directly with clients, design teams, and contractors to ensure compliance with statutory obligations
Manage a portfolio of complex projects
Attend high-level design meetings
Provide health and safety guidance from project inception through to completion

Requirements:

Minimum 6 years’ experience within construction and design-led H&S roles
NEBOSH Construction Certificate
Strong knowledge of CDM 2015 Regulations and associated legislation
Degree in Architecture, Engineering or Surveying (preferred)
Chartered or working toward (CMIOSH, CMaPS, etc.)

Nice to have:
