Associate CDM Principal Designer

An Architectural Consultancy with a respected reputation are now seeking an Associate CDM Principal Designer to lead on design risk management, whilst working with internal Architects and closely with the Director. Part of your responsibility will be to lead less senior CDM Principal Designers, whilst you work on large-scale new build projects, which would see you conduct zero site inspections. You will also work from their office in a hybrid fashion. They are a long-established market leader within their selected sectors and would offer a chance to mitigate CDM risk on a wide variety of interesting projects, as you play a key role in leading their Principal Design service.
