Minimum 5 years’ experience working as a CDM Principal Designer
Good working knowledge of the CDM 2015 Regulations
Design-based degree (Architecture, Engineering, or Surveying preferred)
Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
APS Membership or NEBOSH Construction Certificate desirable

Job Responsibility

Take the lead on Principal Designer duties
Work closely with clients and design teams to ensure health and safety compliance through the design stages
Mentor junior staff
Contribute to the company’s internal knowledge base
Support the strategic growth of the CDM offering
