Associate CDM Consultant

• Take the lead on Principal Designer duties
• Work closely with clients and design teams to ensure health and safety compliance through the design stages
• Mentor junior staff
• Contribute to the company’s internal knowledge base
• Support the strategic growth of the CDM offering

• Minimum 5 years’ experience working as a CDM Principal Designer
• Good working knowledge of the CDM 2015 Regulations
• Design-based degree (Architecture, Engineering, or Surveying preferred)
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders

APS Membership or NEBOSH Construction Certificate desirable
