We welcome Occupational Therapists, Nurses, and Neuro Physios with a minimum of 7 years of professional experience managing complex cases in the areas of brain injuries, complex orthopaedic injuries, or amputations. However, previous case management experience is not required. If you have the necessary skills and expertise and are passionate about making a real difference in the lives of clients with complex medical needs, we encourage you to apply. As an Associate Catastrophic Case Manager, you will be part of a close-knit team that values collaboration and communication. You will receive a full introduction and training program, as well as ongoing support from our experienced case managers, rehabilitation consultants, and medical experts.   • Assesses and analyzes injured, acute, or chronically ill members/clients medical and/or vocational status
  • develops a plan of care to facilitate the member/client’s appropriate condition management to optimize wellness and medical outcomes, aid timely return to work or optimal functioning, and determination of eligibility for benefits as appropriate
  • Communicates with member/client and other stakeholders as appropriate (e.g., medical providers, attorneys, employers and insurance carriers) telephonically or in person
