Job Description:

This is a long-term contract position within the financial services industry, offering an exciting opportunity to bridge the gap between business operations and IT systems. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting business processes, ensuring compliance, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives.

Job Responsibility:

  • Serve as a liaison between the business unit and IT, facilitating communication and collaboration to address system and process needs
  • Provide case consultation and front-line support to team members, ensuring smooth operations
  • Maintain and update documentation related to business systems and processes, ensuring accuracy and relevance
  • Conduct training sessions and quality reviews to promote best practices and improve team performance
  • Ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and compliance standards in all business activities
  • Assist in basic data analysis and support during compliance and audit reviews
  • Utilize tools such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to prepare reports and presentations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements
  • Monitor and evaluate system performance, addressing issues as they arise
  • Support the business unit in achieving operational goals and maintaining system integrity

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or a related field is preferred
  • 0-2 years of experience in business systems analysis or a similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong understanding of compliance regulations and applicable laws
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Familiarity with Windows OS and basic data analysis
  • Ability to conduct training sessions and quality reviews to support team development
