Job Description:

We are looking for a technically skilled specialist to strengthen our Abas Systech & Cloud team. In this role, you will work closely with customers, our cloud infrastructure and support teams. If you enjoy solving technical challenges and helping customers transition smoothly to the cloud, we look forward to receiving your application! On-Call and weekend duty possible

Job Responsibility:

  • Set up and configure customer connectivity to our AWS cloud environment
  • Provide 1st- and 2ndlevel support, including troubleshooting across network, system, and cloud topics
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to networks, VPNs, routing, and tunneling (incl. FRP)
  • Collaborate with our Corporate Cloud Operations Team
  • Work closely with the Product Support Team on customer cases
  • Support automation and deployment workflows (CI/CD)

Requirements:

  • Solid understanding of networking, VPN technologies, routing, tunneling solutions (e.g., FRP)
  • Experience with Windows Server administration
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Clear and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders

Nice to have:

  • Linux administration experience
  • Knowledge of AWS services (e.g., EC2, VPC, IAM, networking concepts)
  • Experience with Argo CI/CD, Ansible, or similar automation tools
  • Familiarity with cloud architectures, DevOps concepts, and modern deployment workflows
  • Understanding of ERP processes (e.g., finance, inventory management, production, or CRM) is an advantage
  • Understanding of ITIL principles

  • Maintains miscellaneous account for transactions where funds are received from outside and then paid for various activities
  • Generates report where info is plugged in by the DC for any store ARs that are past due (equal to or over $1000) and distributes to HQ
  • Reconciles the bank account that all deposits go in to from local depository account to HQ's bank account
