Job Responsibility

  • Develop data transformations, reports, and data models to support business needs
  • Apply BI tools and techniques to analytics projects
  • Improve and automate data assets and maintain documentation
  • Build BI programs to process, extract, and summarize data across datasets
  • Monitor scheduled and automated data processes
  • Create data models that support business intelligence reporting
  • Reconcile system data regularly to ensure accuracy
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver insights
  • Analyze and optimize queries for performance and accuracy

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience
  • Experience working with data sources and building data models, especially in Power BI
  • Knowledge of SQL, Excel, Power BI data models, SharePoint, and Power Automate
  • Understanding of SQL database management practices
  • Ability to learn data security models (e.g., Row-Level Security)
  • Ability to learn query optimization techniques for large datasets

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Analytics, Business, Economics, Accounting, or related field
  • 2+ years in analytics or reporting
  • Strong interpersonal and cross-team collaboration skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities independently
