As an Associate Business Development professional, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our innovative software solutions within the corporate sector in Pune and beyond. Your primary objective will be to effectively promote and sell our products while collaborating closely with the Business Development team to formulate and implement impactful sales strategies. By leveraging your communication skills and market research capabilities, you will engage with clients to meet their needs, ensure customer satisfaction, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Job Responsibility:
Sales Strategy Development: Work collaboratively with the Business Development team to identify the software’s key selling propositions and create effective sales strategies to capture market interest
Product Sales Deck: Develop and deliver persuasive product sales presentations tailored for corporate clients, highlighting the unique benefits and features of our software solutions
Client Engagement: Execute outreach strategies through cold calling and client visits to introduce our software solutions, foster relationships, and provide solutions based on customer needs
Social Media Campaigns: Design and implement strategic social media campaigns to enhance brand visibility and generate leads, utilizing platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook to engage corporate clients
Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential clients and market trends, utilizing insights to refine sales strategies and social media initiatives
Travel: Travel as necessary within Pune and across India to meet with prospective clients and finalize sales agreements
Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to facilitate ongoing support, future upselling, and customer referrals
Reporting: Regularly track and report sales and social media activities to management, providing insight into progress against targets
Requirements:
Education Qualification: MBA or equivalent degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience: We are also open to fresh graduates with a passion for marketing and sales
prior internships in relevant fields are advantageous
Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills
High energy and enthusiasm for sales, social media, and client interaction
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer)
Willingness to travel frequently within Pune and throughout India
