  • Translate solutionized problems into structured inputs: user stories, requirement drafts, process flows, and supporting documentation

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Economics, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in Business Analysis within a technology or digital solutions environment
  • Strong analytical thinking, lateral thinking, and problem-breakdown capability
  • Ability to independently research and synthesize information
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Genuine curiosity about technology, digital products, and eCommerce
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments

Nice to have

  • Exposure to B2B eCommerce platforms and distributor ecosystems
  • Familiarity with Search, data-driven products, Elasticsearch, or AI-powered search concepts
  • Experience working in hybrid service + product organisations
  • Experience working in an agile or cross-functional team setup
