Associate Building Surveyor

One of the UK’s leading multi disciplinary consultancies are currently seeking an experienced and driven Associate Building Surveyor to join their expanding London office, building on the continued success of their Building Surveying team. My client are experiencing sustained growth, supported by a secure and varied pipeline of work across public buildings and estates, residential and housing, education, healthcare, commercial and insurance sectors. They are now looking to appoint a passionate Associate level Building Surveyor who is keen to progress their career within a close knit and collaborative team environment. The successful Associate Building Surveyor will play a key role in the hands on delivery of building surveying and project work, leading schemes and coordinating in house multi disciplinary design services. You will also be heavily involved in client development, financial forecasting, team management and the continued growth of the Building Surveying team.
