Job Description:

An independent SME is looking for an experienced Associate Building Surveyor to join their expanding Bristol-based office. The role involves delivering high-quality technical services and leading diverse projects across commercial, residential, education, and heritage properties. Responsibilities include conducting building surveys, inspections, technical reports, and providing expert advice on defect diagnosis, maintenance, and professional services.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver high-quality technical services across a variety of sectors, including commercial, residential, education, and heritage properties
Conduct detailed building surveys, inspections, and technical due diligence reports
Provide expert advice on defect diagnosis, planned maintenance, and remedial strategies
Deliver core professional services such as party wall matters, dilapidations, and reinstatement cost assessments

Requirements:

Ideally qualified with MRICS
Extensive project delivery experience
A proactive, hands-on approach
Consultancy experience is preferred
Experience providing a range of professional services
