Associate Building Surveyor

My client are an award winning consultancy with a secure and diverse pipeline of work across public buildings and estates, residential and housing, education, healthcare, commercial and insurance sectors. Due to sustained growth, they are now looking to appoint a passionate Associate level Building Surveyor who is keen to progress their career within a close knit and collaborative team. The successful Associate Building Surveyor will play a key role in the hands on delivery of building surveying services, with a strong bias towards project work. You will lead projects, often coordinating in house multi disciplinary design teams, while also taking responsibility for client management, business development, financial forecasting and team growth.
