Job Description:

An independent SME are looking for an experienced Associate Building Surveyor to join their expanding Bristol based office. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically focused Associate Building Surveyor to take ownership of a wide-ranging portfolio across the built environment. The role is well-suited to a hands-on professional who thrives in a delivery-driven environment and enjoys working across diverse project types.

Job Responsibility:

  • Delivering high-quality technical services across a variety of sectors
  • Conducting detailed building surveys, inspections, and technical due diligence reports
  • Providing expert advice on defect diagnosis, planned maintenance, and remedial strategies
  • Delivering core professional services such as party wall matters, dilapidations, and reinstatement cost assessments

Requirements:

  • Ideally qualified with MRICS
  • Extensive project delivery experience
  • A proactive, hands-on approach
  • Consultancy experience is preferred
  • Experience providing a range of professional services
