Job Description:

An independent SME are looking for an experienced Associate Building Surveyor to join their expanding Bristol based office. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically focused Associate Building Surveyor to take ownership of a wide-ranging portfolio across the built environment. The role is well-suited to a hands-on professional who thrives in a delivery-driven environment and enjoys working across diverse project types.

Job Responsibility:

Delivering high-quality technical services across a variety of sectors
Conducting detailed building surveys, inspections, and technical due diligence reports
Providing expert advice on defect diagnosis, planned maintenance, and remedial strategies
Delivering core professional services such as party wall matters, dilapidations, and reinstatement cost assessments

Requirements:

Ideally qualified with MRICS
Extensive project delivery experience
A proactive, hands-on approach
Consultancy experience is preferred
Experience providing a range of professional services
