Job Description:

A multidisciplinary building consultancy with a nationwide presence is seeking an experienced Associate Building Surveyor to join their thriving London office. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and inspire a growing team while delivering services across sectors such as education, social housing, and commercial properties.

Job Responsibility:

generating new business and nurturing existing client relationships
managing a team and ensuring high performance while fostering career growth
delivering professional and project services such as condition surveys, defect diagnosis, and project management
acting as a key figure in business development activities to drive growth.

Requirements:

MRICS qualification with a RICS-accredited degree
proven experience in a consultancy or private practice
a strong client-facing presence with commercial awareness
line management skills and the ability to mentor junior team members
a proactive, motivated approach to business development.
