Job Description:

A globally recognised real estate consultancy is seeking an experienced Associate Building Surveyor to join their team of 22 in central London. This is an excellent opportunity for a project-focused Associate Building Surveyor to progress within a successful and dynamic team while working on high-profile commercial projects across London.

Job Responsibility:

Managing commercial instructions across a diverse London portfolio
Delivering projects, mentoring APC candidates, and driving business development
Supporting a range of clients, including developers, owners, and occupiers

Requirements:

MRICS qualification
RICS-accredited degree
3+ years’ experience in a consultancy environment
Strong technical expertise across both professional and project services
Line management experience or skills
A commercially minded approach with a focus on business development
