Job Responsibility:

Delivering expert advice on building surveys, dilapidations, and party wall matters
Managing a portfolio of high-value commercial and residential projects from inception to completion
Building and maintaining relationships with prestigious clients
Collaborating with other disciplines within the consultancy to ensure seamless project delivery
Mentoring junior surveyors and contributing to their professional development

Requirements:

MRICS or working towards chartership
Proven consultancy background with exposure to both professional services and project management
Exceptional communication and organisational skills, with a proactive and client-focused approach
