Job Description:

An independent SME are looking for an experienced Associate Building Surveyor to join their expanding Bristol based office. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically focused Associate Building Surveyor to take ownership of a wide-ranging portfolio across the built environment.

Job Responsibility:

Conduct detailed building surveys, inspections, and technical due diligence reports
Provide expert advice on defect diagnosis, planned maintenance, and remedial strategies
Deliver core professional services such as party wall matters, dilapidations, and reinstatement cost assessments
Work across diverse project types including commercial, residential, education, and heritage properties

Requirements:

Qualified with MRICS
Extensive project delivery experience
A proactive, hands-on approach
Consultancy experience is preferred
Experience providing a range of professional services

Nice to have:

Consultancy experience is preferred
