Job Description:

An independent SME are looking for an experienced Associate Building Surveyor to join their expanding Bristol based office. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically focused Associate Building Surveyor to take ownership of a wide-ranging portfolio across the built environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Conduct detailed building surveys, inspections, and technical due diligence reports
  • Provide expert advice on defect diagnosis, planned maintenance, and remedial strategies
  • Deliver core professional services such as party wall matters, dilapidations, and reinstatement cost assessments
  • Work across diverse project types including commercial, residential, education, and heritage properties

Requirements:

  • Qualified with MRICS
  • Extensive project delivery experience
  • A proactive, hands-on approach
  • Consultancy experience is preferred
  • Experience providing a range of professional services

Nice to have:

Consultancy experience is preferred
