Job Description:

An independent SME is looking for a technically focused and experienced Associate Building Surveyor to join their expanding Bristol-based office. The role involves delivering professional services across sectors including commercial, residential, education, and heritage properties, with opportunities for career development into leadership positions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Conduct detailed building surveys, inspections, and technical due diligence reports
  • provide expert advice on defect diagnosis, planned maintenance, and remedial strategies
  • deliver core professional services such as party wall matters, dilapidations, and reinstatement cost assessments

Requirements:

  • Ideally qualified with MRICS
  • extensive project delivery experience
  • a proactive, hands-on approach
  • consultancy experience is preferred
  • experience providing a range of professional services
