Job Description:

A dynamic property and construction consultancy is seeking an experienced Associate Building Surveyor to join their expanding team of 24 professionals at their vibrant North London office. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated Associate Building Surveyor with a solid technical background who is eager to progress toward partnership.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage projects from inception to completion
  • Administer contracts and undertake project management duties
  • Conduct building surveys, defect diagnosis, and specification writing
  • Provide comprehensive pre and post-contract services.

Requirements:

  • MRICS qualification
  • A degree accredited by RICS
  • Extensive consultancy experience
  • A commercially focused approach with proven business development skills
  • Broad experience in project management and professional services.
