Job Description:

A multidisciplinary building consultancy with a nationwide presence is seeking an experienced Associate Building Surveyor to join their thriving London office. This role offers an exciting opportunity for an Associate Building Surveyor to lead and inspire a growing team while delivering a comprehensive range of services to a diverse portfolio of clients. The position provides an encouraging environment with ample opportunities for professional development and progression.

Job Responsibility:

Generating new business and nurturing existing client relationships
Managing a team and ensuring high performance while fostering career growth
Delivering professional and project services such as condition surveys, defect diagnosis, and project management
Acting as a key figure in business development activities to drive growth

Requirements:

MRICS qualification with a RICS-accredited degree
Proven experience in a consultancy or private practice
A strong client-facing presence with commercial awareness
Line management skills and the ability to mentor junior team members
A proactive, motivated approach to business development
