Job Description:

A small construction and property consultancy in London is seeking an Associate Building Surveyor. This role involves delivering projects, supporting team members, managing workload, and driving business growth. The candidate will ideally be MRICS qualified with a construction consultancy background and line management experience.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver projects from start to finish
Write specifications and contract administration for local authority, education and commercial clients
Support the graduates within the team
Deliver and manage workload
Drive new business and work closely with clients

Requirements:

MRICS qualified (Ideally)
RICS accredited degree
Construction consultancy background
Commercially minded and business development focused
Line management experience or skillset

What we offer:

£75,000 – £85,000
