Job Description:

A multi-disciplinary consultancy known for their award-winning delivery and continued success across the built environment is seeking a driven Associate Building Surveyor to join their growing London office. The successful applicant will play a key leadership role, working across residential, education, healthcare, commercial, and public estates, with a pathway to further seniority and leadership in a supportive environment.

Job Responsibility:

Take a lead role in project delivery
Work closely with clients and stakeholders across a varied portfolio
Contribute to the strategic direction of the team
Team mentorship
Client development
Financial forecasting
Manage multidisciplinary design services internally
Ensure high-quality output and client satisfaction

Requirements:

MRICS (Chartered)
A degree in Building Surveying or related discipline
Previous consultancy experience – ideally with exposure to public sector projects
Strong technical knowledge across the full range of Building Surveying services
Commercial awareness and a proactive mindset toward business development
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Experience mentoring junior team members and coordinating workloads
Able to work independently and manage project teams
A strong work ethic and collaborative approach
