Job Description:

An opportunity to manage and partnership potential! A small construction and property consultancy, based in East London, but with plans to move into Central London soon, are seeking an Associate Director to join their team of 12 other Building Surveyors. This position involves delivering projects, supporting graduates, and driving new business.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver projects from start to finish
Write specifications and contract administration for local authority, education, and commercial clients
Support graduates within the team
Manage workload and drive new business
Work closely with clients

Requirements:

MRICS qualified (Ideally)
RICS accredited degree
Construction consultancy background
Commercially minded and business development focused
Line management experience or skillset
