Job Description:

A small construction and property consultancy based in East London is looking for an Associate Building Surveyor to support graduates, drive new business, and deliver projects for local authority, education, and commercial clients. The role involves writing specifications, contract administration, and managing projects from start to finish.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver projects from start to finish, including writing specifications and contract administration for local authority, education and commercial clients
Support graduates within the team
Deliver and manage workload
Drive new business
Work closely with clients

Requirements:

MRICS qualified (Ideally)
RICS accredited degree
Construction consultancy background
Commercially minded and business development focused
Line management experience or skillset
