Job Description

We are seeking an Associate Brand Manager to join our team in Sydney, Australia. Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the execution of marketing strategies across our women’s health portfolio. This is a hands-on position where you’ll develop marketing materials, support omnichannel campaigns, coordinate events, and contribute to product launches and lifecycle activities. Operating in an agile, fast-paced environment, this role requires creativity, initiative, and the ability to balance autonomy with cross-functional collaboration.

Job Responsibility

  • Support execution of brand strategies and tactical plans across the women’s health portfolio
  • Develop and produce high-quality marketing materials, including sales aids, digital content, event collateral, and training resources
  • Play a hands-on role in graphic design and content creation
  • Adapt global marketing assets for the Australian market, ensuring compliance and alignment with local strategy
  • Assist in executing omnichannel campaigns across digital, email, social, and traditional platforms
  • Support pre-launch, launch, and post-launch activities for new and existing products
  • Coordinate logistics and execution for marketing events, including conferences and educational meetings
  • Collaborate with Sales and Medical teams to ensure alignment and compliance
  • Manage submission of materials through internal compliance processes and liaise with regulatory bodies as required
  • Track marketing spend, support budget reconciliation, and assist with reporting and presentations

Requirements

  • Strong graphic design capability with experience using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Commercially minded with strong attention to detail and communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, demonstrating initiative and accountability
  • Self-starter with the curiosity and confidence to learn new tools, systems and ways of working
